This Privacy Policy explains how Retro Archive, developed by KalyeRetro Finds PH, handles information when you use the app. Retro Archive is an archive and reference application intended to help users explore and learn about toys and related historical items.
1. Information We Collect
Retro Archive does not require you to create an account or provide your name, home address, telephone number, or other directly identifying information in order to browse or search the app's content.
The app itself does not intentionally create or maintain a personal user profile for ordinary browsing and searching. However, third-party services used by the app may automatically collect or process certain information associated with your device and your interactions with the app.
Device and Advertising Information
When advertising is available, the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) may collect and process information such as your device's IP address, advertising or other device identifiers, advertising information, and information about interactions with the app. This information may be used for advertising, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention, and related purposes, subject to applicable privacy settings and consent requirements.
An IP address may also be used to determine or estimate your general or approximate location. Retro Archive does not use the device's precise location for ordinary app functionality.
Google's documentation describes the Google Mobile Ads SDK as collecting and sharing information such as IP addresses, user product interactions, diagnostic information, and device or account identifiers for applicable advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes.
2. Advertising and Privacy Consent
Retro Archive may display advertisements through the Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob).
Depending on your location and applicable privacy requirements, the app may display a privacy or consent message before advertising-related processing takes place. The app also provides a Manage Privacy Options function when required by the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP).
You may be able to change applicable advertising and privacy choices through the privacy options provided by the app, your Android device, or Google's advertising settings.

3. How Information Is Used
Information processed through Retro Archive and its supporting third-party services may be used for purposes including:
- Providing and maintaining app functionality.
- Displaying and measuring advertisements.
- Advertising-related measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention.
- Diagnosing technical problems and improving the application and supporting services.
- Maintaining the security and reliability of the application and supporting services.
4. Information Sharing
Retro Archive may allow applicable device, advertising, diagnostic, app-interaction, and approximate-location information to be collected or shared by third-party services used to operate and support the application, including Google services used for advertising and privacy consent.
Third-party service providers process information according to their respective policies and applicable privacy requirements.
KalyeRetro Finds PH does not sell users' personal information as a separate commercial product.
5. App Content and Remote Data
Retro Archive retrieves archive content and certain publicly displayed information from remote data sources, including Google Sheets. This remote data is used to provide archive content and related application information.
The app does not use these remote archive data sources to require users to create accounts or to intentionally create personal user profiles for ordinary browsing of the archive.
6. Ads-Free Purchase
Retro Archive provides an optional one-time purchase through Google Play Billing that allows eligible users to remove advertisements from the app.
Purchases are processed through Google Play. KalyeRetro Finds PH does not collect or store users' payment card numbers or other payment credentials through the Retro Archive application.
The app may receive and process purchase information or purchase history from Google Play to determine whether the Ads-Free purchase entitlement is available for the user. The app may store limited local information necessary to remember the purchase entitlement on the device.
Purchase processing and payment-related information are handled by Google Play according to Google's applicable terms and privacy policies.
7. Data Retention
Retro Archive itself does not intentionally maintain a personal user profile for ordinary browsing of the app.
Information processed by third-party services may be retained by those providers according to their respective policies and retention practices. Please refer to the applicable third-party privacy policies for information about their retention practices.
8. Data Security
Information transmitted by the app to its remote services is protected using appropriate transport security. Third-party services used by the app may apply their own security measures to information they process.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
9. Children's Privacy
Retro Archive is an archive and reference application and does not require users to provide personal information in order to browse its content.
The app does not knowingly request children to provide personal information such as their name, address, telephone number, or account credentials merely to browse the archive.
10. Your Choices
Depending on your location and applicable privacy requirements, you may have choices relating to advertising personalization, advertising identifiers, and privacy consent.
Where required, Retro Archive provides access to privacy options through its Manage Privacy Options function.
You may also control certain advertising-related settings through your Android device and applicable Google advertising settings.
11. Third-Party Services
Retro Archive uses third-party services that support advertising, privacy consent, and app distribution or purchase functionality.
